The gorgeous colors of autumn are surrounding me and providing endless inspiration, so it's no wonder that this Flights of Fancy collection features some birds in fall and earthy colors. Each bird has several tiny sculpted leaves, as well as the word "LOVE". The birds were sculpted from shades of brown clay, with metallic gold, silver and copper highlights. All five pendants are strung on brown ribbon/cord necklaces.

The species represented from left to right are: Macaw, African Grey, Lovebird or Parrotlet, Cockatiel, and the last one could be a Brotogeris or a Lorikeet/Lory - though they are all open to whatever species YOUR imagination can see!

There is also another Phantom Face in Faux Ivory necklace on sale this week on eBay. All of the pieces are being auctioned on eBay for the next five days.

On a side note, I just received an email from eBay congratulating me on my 10 year Anniversary of being a seller! Time sure flies, it doesn't seem like very long ago that I was just getting started selling my creations online!

The Bird of the Month necklace is a holiday themed set, and features a Lutino Cockatiel perched on a Halloween pumpkin. The necklace is strung with glass bead and handmade clay "candy corn" beads, with matching earrings! There is also a Lutino Cockatiel bracelet charm, with a glossy finish.

Like last month, I had hoped to create more pieces in the Bird of the Month species, but custom orders have kept me so busy! There is a new "Serendipity" pendant on eBay (shown on the far right), in shades of green with streaks of yellow and orange. This one reminds me of a Gold Capped Conure, what do you think?

Back in July, I listed a "Kawaii Style" Green Budgie, and had so many requests for another one! So, I listened, and am happy to be offering another one this month!

There is also a new Flights of Fancy necklace available. This one features a small pendant, in purple and silver, with the word "LOVE".

A few months ago I was experimenting with silver leafing on black polymer clay, inspired by a lovely glass pendant that my mom had seen in a store. The results turned out quite striking, so besides making my mom a few pieces for her birthday, I created some pendants for you too! There are two parrot pendants, one modeled after an African Grey, and the other is up to your imagination. There are also three unique heart pendants, two on cord and one little one that is unstrung, which can be worn on your own thin chain.

Each piece is made from black clay (and a few other colors on the African Grey) with silver leafing embedded in the clay. Layers of gloss seal the silver pieces, and give the pendants a glass-like shine, which of course made them difficult to photograph! They really are prettier in person than I could capture on camera.

With Halloween almost here, I thought that this was the perfect time to share some of my "Opera Ghost"/Phantom of the Opera themed jewelry! There are several Phantom face necklaces, a pair of spooky skull earrings, and two very special beaded necklace sets that are all on auction until Tuesday.

These two beaded necklaces (at the top of the photo here) feature images of my sculptures under glass, with handsculpted antique-looking clay frames, and individually linked glass beads. These two necklaces will give you a little taste of the style of the new line of jewelry that I've been working on!

I'm incredibly excited about the new upcoming line of jewelry, and am busily working to have it ready to debut by the end of the month! So if all goes well, you can expect a newsletter in the next 3-4 weeks, with all of the details, and about half a dozen special new one-of-a-kind necklace sets!
